Brief
The starting point of every Interior design project is to fully establish a clear brief with the client by identifying their objectives. We understand the specific functions of the space and how it is used, furthering our understanding through site visits & floor plans. Followed by , a fee proposal outlining the brief with a clear description of what to expect during each design stage.
Concept Design
From the client's brief, our design team use their experience and knowledge of the latest trends to establish an overall look and feel of the space, through sketches & zonal diagrams. This is a collaborative stage where we require clients involvement and feedback to ensure we are on the right path.
Space Planning
In this stage, space planning and furniture layouts are developed. Each area is rigorously explored for the best outcome that meets the brief. Clients will be presented with floor plans illustrating the proposed furniture layouts and any internal changes if required.
Color & Product Consultancy
We prepare mood board presentations showing samples of proposed finishes as well as imagery of suggested furniture with key details. During this stage, we invite feedback from the client to refine our design further if required. Once finalized, detailed specificness documents will be produced, providing our client with information for every product specified.
Technical Drawings
Having approved all the above stages, our designers progress into developing detailed drawings. Floorplans, elevation and other related items in detail by sharing our design to all associated with the project. This includes contractors and fabricator specialists there by ensuring installations process to run smoothly to the end.
